To maximise your entertaining space in summer, we offer Aluminium or uPVC bi-fold doors, sliding doors, and French doors that open up completely onto your patio or garden decking. We can also design integrated bar hatch windows, allowing you to serve drinks directly to guests sitting outside on the deck.
We offer flexible options to suit your vision! Our skilled carpenters can build a custom, bespoke wooden bar counter integrated directly into your build, complete with custom shelving, LED backlighting, and under-counter fridge recesses. Alternatively, if you prefer to source a vintage pub bar, install a commercial draft system, or bring in your own furniture, we can deliver a fully finished, plastered space ready for your custom fit-out.
Yes, our garden bars are built for year-round entertaining. Constructed using high-density wall insulation, double-glazed windows and doors, and solid timber framing, they retain heat effortlessly in winter and stay cool during summer. We can also pre-wire wall heaters or install air conditioning isolators so you can enjoy draft beer in absolute comfort, no matter the weather.
Because a garden bar typically runs high-draw equipment, such as commercial beer fridges, draft dispense systems, big-screen TVs, surround sound, and ambient lighting, we supply a heavy-duty, dedicated consumer unit as part of your electrical package. Our team works with you to design a custom electrical plan to ensure you have plenty of double sockets, LED downlights, and exterior feature lighting exactly where you need them.
Absolutely. A fully functional garden pub often needs running water and drainage for handwashing, rinsing glasses, and operating wet bars or ice machines. During the design stage, we can integrate complete plumbing layouts and connect your garden bar directly to your mains water supply and waste system.
In most cases, no. The majority of our garden room bars are designed to fall within standard permitted development rules (under 2.5 metres in overall height when placed close to a boundary), meaning you won't need formal planning permission.
However, if you plan to build a larger structure, add a high pitched roof, or live in a conservation area or listed property, we can assist with securing planning approval or a Lawful Development Certificate.
Let us take away the guess work.
